有「欠你一份人情」的意思。
Thank you for lending me your bicycle. I owe you one.
謝謝借我腳踏車。我欠你一次。
I appreciate it.
我非常感謝。
Tina, thank you for buying food for me. I really appreciate it.
Tina，謝謝你幫我買食物，我真的非常感謝。
appreciate 後面也可接一件事情（可接名詞或是動名詞）
I really appreciate your help.
You are the best.
向對方表示「你最棒了。」有非常感謝對方的意思。
Dad, thank you for giving me this cute teddy bear. You are the best.
爸，謝謝你送我這隻可愛的泰迪熊。你最棒了。
